Site update: enabling works underway

Over the course of the Summer, Homes England’s contractors have been busy clearing the site of vegetation and preparing for the grouting and demolition works to be safely undertaken. The demolition of the buildings is now underway. It is expected that it will take until Spring 2022 for the on-site works to be fully completed. South Gloucestershire Council has approved the new access for the Sealtech service yard through New Walk and it expected that construction works for the access will commence later this autumn.
